Summary
CVE-2024-22773 is a vulnerability affecting Intelbras Action RF 1200 routers running version 1.2.2 and earlier, as well as Action RG 1200 routers using version 2.1.7 and earlier. This issue stems from the routers' failure to properly secure login credentials. Specifically, the Password is transmitted in an unencrypted cookie, allowing unauthorized users to bypass the login process and gain unauthorized access to affected devices. This security flaw poses a significant risk to network security and confidentiality, making it crucial for users to update their router firmware as soon as possible to mitigate the threat.
