Summary
CVE-2024-13650 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Piotnet Addons For Elementor plugin for WordPress. The issue lies in the 'PAFE Before After Image Comparison Slider' widget, which allows authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above to inject malicious scripts. These scripts are stored in the database and execute whenever a user accesses an injected page, posing a significant security risk. The vulnerability stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the plugin, which has impacted all versions up to, and including, 2.4.34.
