Summary
CVE-2024-0988 is a newly disclosed critical vulnerability affecting Sichuan Yougou Technology KuERP up to version 1.0.4. The issue lies within the checklogin function of the file /application/index/common.php, which handles improper authentication when processing the arguments App_User_id and App_user_Token. Manipulation of these arguments may lead to unauthorized access. The exploit for this vulnerability has been made public, increasing the risk of attacks. This vulnerability has been assigned the identifier VDB-25225. Unfortunately, the vendor did not respond to early disclosure attempts, leaving affected users without a patch or mitigation.
