Details
Summary
CVE-2023-50767 is a vulnerability affecting the Jenkins Nexus Platform Plugin version 3.18.0-03 and earlier. This issue involves missing permission checks, which enable attackers with Overall/Read access to send HTTP requests to arbitrary URLs. The attacker can then parse the response as XML, potentially leading to unintended execution of code or data exposure. This vulnerability poses a significant risk, especially in environments where user access control is not adequately managed. Upgrading to a patched version of the plugin is strongly recommended to mitigate this threat.
