Summary

CVE-2023-48839 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Appointment Scheduler 3.0. The issue allows malicious actors to inject malicious scripts into the application by exploiting vulnerable parameters, including name, plugin_sms_api_key, plugin_sms_country_code, calendar_id, title, country name, and customer_name. Successful exploitation could result in the unintended execution of malicious code, leading to potential data breaches or unauthorized access. Users are advised to update their Appointment Scheduler software to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
