Summary

CVE-2023-44311 is a reflective cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Plugin for OAuth 2.0 module in Liferay Portal versions 7.4.3.41 to 7.4.3.89, and Liferay DXP updates 41 to 89. Attackers can inject arbitrary web scripts or HTML into targeted websites through the code or error parameter. This issue is a result of an incomplete fix for CVE-2023-33941. These vulnerabilities pose a significant risk as they allow attackers to execute malicious code in users' browsers, potentially leading to data theft or unauthorized access.
