Summary
CVE-2023-3803 is a recently disclosed vulnerability affecting the Chengdu Flash Flood Disaster Monitoring and Warning System 2.0. The issue lies within the File Name Handler component, specifically the /Service/ImageStationDataService.asmx file. An attacker can manipulate insufficiently random values in this vulnerability, but the complexity and exploitability are reportedly high.
