Summary
CVE-2023-31029 is a vulnerability affecting the NVIDIA DGX A100 baseboard management controller (BMC). The vulnerability resides in the host KVM daemon, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to trigger a stack overflow by sending a specially crafted network packet. If successfully exploited, this vulnerability could result in arbitrary code execution, denial of service, information disclosure, and data tampering. The affected products are pqr6nM and pqr6nO.
