Summary
CVE-2023-27152 is a vulnerability affecting DECISO OPNsense 23.1. This issue permits brute-force attacks due to the lack of rate limiting for authentication. Attackers can exploit this weakness by continually attempting login credentials, increasing the chances of guessing the correct one and bypassing the authentication process. The absence of rate limiting exposes the system to potential unauthorized access, posing a significant security risk.
