Summary
CVE-2000-0167 is a vulnerability affecting Microsoft's Internet Information Services (IIS) software. The issue lies with the Inetinfo.exe process, which allows local users to trigger a denial of service (DoS) attack. By creating a mail file with an excessively long name and a .txt.eml extension in the pickup directory, users can cause the server to become unresponsive and halt its operations.
