Summary
CVE-1999-1370 is a vulnerability affecting the setup wizard (ie5setup.exe) of Internet Explorer 5.0. During an unattended installation, this vulnerability disables the system's screen saver, potentially leaving the system unprotected if the installation fails and a user with physical access gains entry. Additionally, the Task Scheduler Service is disabled, which might impede the execution of essential security programs at scheduled intervals.
