Summary

CVE-2024-6649 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting the SourceCodester Employee and Visitor Gate Pass Logging System 1.0. The issue lies within the save_users function of the Users.php file and is classified as a cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability. An attacker can exploit this flaw remotely, allowing them to perform unintended actions on behalf of a user who has previously authenticated and left their session active.
