Summary

CVE-2024-6132 is a vulnerability affecting the Pexels: Free Stock Photos plugin for WordPress. This issue arises from the lack of file type validation in the 'pexels_fsp_images_options_validate' function, which exists in all versions up to and including 1.2.2. Consequently, authenticated attackers with contributor-level permissions and above can exploit this flaw to upload arbitrary files to the affected site's server. The uploaded files may present a significant risk, as they could potentially enable remote code execution.
