Summary

CVE-2024-6047 is a newly discovered vulnerability affecting certain End-of-Life GeoVision devices. The flaw stems from a failure to adequately filter user input for specific functionalities. As a result, unauthenticated attackers can inject and execute arbitrary system commands on the device, posing a significant security risk. This issue may allow an attacker to gain full control over the vulnerable device and potentially compromise the entire network.
