Summary
CVE-2024-5892 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Divi Torque Lite plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in versions up to 3.6.6, allows authenticated attackers with Author-level access or higher to inject malicious web scripts via the 'support_unfiltered_files_upload' function. Due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, these scripts are stored and executed whenever a user accesses an injected page. This vulnerability poses a significant risk to website security and can lead to data theft or unauthorized actions.
