Summary

CVE-2024-5341 is a vulnerability that affects the Plus Addons for Elementor Page Builder plugin for WordPress. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages using the 'size' attribute of the Heading Title widget. The vulnerability exists in all versions up to and including 5.5.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes. When a user accesses an injected page, these scripts can be executed, posing a risk of stored cross-site scripting. The base severity of this vulnerability is medium, with a base score of 6.4 according to CVSS version 3.1.
