Summary
CVE-2024-5098 is a newly disclosed critical vulnerability in SourceCodester Simple Inventory System 1.0. The issue lies within the login.php file, where an unknown functionality is susceptible to SQL injection. By manipulating the username argument, an attacker can inject malicious SQL code, potentially gaining unauthorized access to sensitive data.
