Summary

CVE-2024-5092 is a vulnerability found in the Elegant Addons for elementor plugin for WordPress. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 1.0.8 of the plugin. The issue arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, specifically in the Switcher, Slider, and Iconbox widgets. As a result, authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher can inject malicious web scripts into pages that will execute whenever a user accesses the affected page.
