Summary

CVE-2024-3387 is a vulnerability in Palo Alto Networks Panorama software that involves a weak device certificate. This vulnerability allows an attacker to perform a meddler-in-the-middle (MitM) attack and capture encrypted traffic between the Panorama management server and the firewalls it manages. By exploiting this weakness, the attacker could potentially break encrypted communication and gain access to sensitive information shared between the management server and the firewalls. The affected products include Palo Alto Networks Panorama software versions u4GGzj, vUKGlT, vUKGlR, and uhbyBa.
