Summary
CVE-2024-3155 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting several plugins, including Post Grid, Form Maker, Popup Maker, WooCommerce Blocks, Post Blocks, and Post Carousel – Combo Blocks, for WordPress. This issue, present in all versions up to 2.2.80, allows authenticated attackers with contributor access or higher to inject malicious web scripts. These scripts will be executed whenever an unsuspecting user accesses an affected page. The root cause of this vulnerability lies in insufficient input sanitization and output escaping.
