Summary
CVE-2024-31472 is a command injection vulnerability affecting the Soft AP Daemon service. An attacker can exploit this issue by sending maliciously crafted packets to the PAPI (Aruba's Access Point management protocol) UDP port (8211). These packets can lead to unauthenticated remote code execution with privileged access to the underlying operating system.
