Summary
CVE-2024-29764 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Molongui from versions n/a through 4.7.7. This issue arises due to improper neutralization of user input during web page generation. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by injecting malicious scripts into a Molongui web page, which, if visited by a user, would execute the scripts in their browser. As a result, an attacker could potentially gain unauthorized access to user data or take control of their sessions. Users are strongly advised to update their Molongui installations as soon as a patch is available to mitigate this risk.
