Summary

CVE-2024-2925 is a vulnerability affecting the Beaver Builder – WordPress Page Builder plugin for WordPress. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages using the plugin's Button Widget, leading to stored Cross-Site Scripting. The vulnerability exists in all versions up to and including 2.8.0.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes.
