Summary
CVE-2024-29227 is a vulnerability affecting Synology Surveillance Station's Layout.LayoutSave webapi component. This issue allows remote, authenticated users to inject SQL commands through unspecified vectors. The vulnerability is classified as an improper neutralization of special elements used in an SQL command or SQL Injection flaw. If exploited, an attacker could manipulate database queries, potentially gaining unauthorized access to sensitive information or making unintended modifications to the system.
