Summary
CVE-2024-2922 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Themesflat Addons For Elementor plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in all versions up to 2.1.1, arises due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes in widget tags. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above can exploit this vulnerability to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. These scripts will execute when a user accesses an injected page, posing a significant security risk.
