Summary

CVE-2024-29183 is a vulnerability in OpenRASP, a RASP (Runtime Application Self-Protection) solution that integrates its protection engine into the application server. The vulnerability allows for reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) on the /login page, caused by the reflection of the redirect parameter. This can enable an attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript with the permissions of a user after they log in. The base severity of this vulnerability is rated as MEDIUM, with a CVSS score of 6.1.
