Summary
CVE-2024-29128 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Post SMTP's POST SMTP component from versions n/a through 2.8.6. This issue arises due to improper neutralization of user input during web page generation. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by injecting malicious scripts into the application, which can then be executed in the context of the victim's browser. Successful exploitation could lead to unauthorized access, data theft, or other malicious activities.
