Summary

CVE-2024-29036 is a vulnerability that affects Saleor Storefront, a software used for building e-commerce experiences. Prior to commit 579241e75a5eb332ccf26e0bcdd54befa33f4783, anonymous users are able to access the data of authenticated users due to a session leak through cache. To remediate this vulnerability, users should upgrade to a version that includes commit 579241e75a5eb332ccf26e0bcdd54befa33f4783 or later, which provides a patch. Alternatively, authentication can be temporarily disabled by changing the usage of `createSaleorAuthClient()`. This vulnerability poses a potential danger to organizations as it allows unauthorized access to sensitive user data.
