Summary

CVE-2024-2752 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the WooCommerce plugin's Checkout Fields for WordPress in versions up to 1.3.1. This weakness is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the order meta data. Authenticated attackers with shop manager-level permissions or higher can exploit this vulnerability by injecting malicious web scripts. These scripts will execute whenever a user accesses an affected page, potentially leading to data theft or further unauthorized actions.
