Summary

CVE-2024-27083 is a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability found in Flask-AppBuilder, an application development framework built on top of Flask. This vulnerability affects version 4.1.4 and was patched in version 4.2.1. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by tricking a user into clicking on a specially crafted URL that leads to the OAuth login page. The malicious URL injects and executes JavaScript code on the user's browser, potentially compromising their system.
