Summary

CVE-2024-26042 is a DOM-based Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that affects Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.19 and earlier. This vulnerability allows an attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable web pages, which can then be executed in a victim's browser when they visit the affected page. The potential danger of this vulnerability is that it could lead to arbitrary code execution in the context of the victim's browser. To remediate this vulnerability, users are advised to update their Adobe Experience Manager software to a version that is not affected by this vulnerability.
