Summary

The vulnerability with CVE ID CVE-2024-25148 affects Liferay Portal versions 7.2.0 through 7.4.1, older unsupported versions, and Liferay DXP versions 7.3 before service pack 3 and 7.2 before fix pack 15, as well as older unsupported versions. The vulnerability allows for the leakage of the 'doAsUserId' URL parameter when creating linked content using the WYSIWYG editor while impersonating a user. This could potentially enable remote authenticated users to impersonate a user after accessing the linked content.
