Summary

CVE-2024-25148 is a vulnerability affecting Liferay Portal versions 7.2.0 through 7.4.1, and Liferay DXP versions before service pack 3, 7.2 before fix pack 15, and older unsupported versions. The issue arises when creating linked content using the WYSIWYG editor while impersonating a user. The `doAsUserId` URL parameter may be leaked, enabling remote authenticated users to potentially impersonate another user after accessing the linked content. This vulnerability poses a significant risk for unauthorized access and identity theft.
