Summary

CVE-2024-25144 is a vulnerability found in the IFrame widget in Liferay Portal versions 7.2.0 through 7.4.3.26, as well as older unsupported versions, and Liferay DXP versions 7.4 before update 27, 7.3 before update 6, and 7.2 before fix pack 19, along with older unsupported versions. This vulnerability allows remote authenticated users to cause a denial-of-service (DoS) attack by using a self-referencing IFrame. The affected products include various versions of Liferay Portal and Liferay DXP. To remediate this vulnerability, it is recommended to update to the latest supported version of the affected software or apply the necessary updates and fixes provided by the vendor.
