Summary
CVE-2024-24876 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting the Janis Elsts Admin Menu Editor. This issue, which impacts versions from n/a through 1.12, allows attackers to trick users into making unintended actions on a web application, potentially leading to sensitive data access or modification. Attackers can exploit this flaw by crafting specially crafted requests that are then sent to the affected user's browser, which in turn forges a malicious request to the targeted web application. Users are advised to upgrade to the latest version of the Admin Menu Editor to mitigate this risk.
