Summary
CVE-2024-24865 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Noah Kagan's Scroll Triggered Box software. The issue, which allows for Stored XSS attacks, occurs during the web page generation process. This means an attacker can inject malicious code into a webpage, which is then stored and executed on unsuspecting users' browsers each time they visit the affected site. The vulnerability affects all versions of Scroll Triggered Box from n/a through 2.3. Users are strongly advised to update to a patched version as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
