Summary
CVE-2024-24565 is a vulnerability found in CrateDB, a distributed SQL database used for storing and analyzing large amounts of data in real-time. Authenticated attackers can exploit the flaw in the COPY FROM function of the database to import arbitrary file content into database tables, resulting in information leakage. This vulnerability has been patched in versions 5.3.9, 5.4.8, 5.5.4, and 5.6.1 of CrateDB.
