Summary

CVE-2024-23881 is a vulnerability in Cups Easy (Purchase & Inventory) version 1.0, which allows for a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attack via the "/cupseasylive/statelist.php" endpoint. This vulnerability occurs due to insufficient encoding of user-controlled inputs in the "description" parameter. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted URL to an authenticated user, potentially leading to session cookie credentials theft.
