Summary
CVE-2024-23875 is a newly disclosed Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Cups Easy (Purchase & Inventory), version 1.0. The issue lies in the insufficient encoding of user-controlled inputs in the /cupseasylive/stockissuancedisplay.php script. This flaw can be exploited by a remote attacker who sends a maliciously crafted URL to an authenticated user. Successful exploitation grants the attacker unauthorized access to the victim's session cookies, potentially leading to unauthorized account takeover.
