Summary

CVE-2024-23875 is a vulnerability reported in Cups Easy (Purchase & Inventory) version 1.0. The vulnerability allows for user-controlled inputs that are not sufficiently encoded, resulting in a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability via the '/cupseasylive/stockissuancedisplay.php' endpoint. This vulnerability could be exploited by a remote attacker to send a specially crafted URL to an authenticated user and steal their session cookie credentials. The vulnerability has a base severity rating of MEDIUM with a base score of 6.1 according to [email protected], and it requires user interaction over the network.
