CVE-2024-23801

Summary

CVE-2024-23801 is a newly identified vulnerability affecting Tecnomatix Plant Simulation V2201 (all versions) and Tecnomatix Plant Simulation V2302 (all versions below V2302.0007). The affected applications contain a null pointer dereference issue during the processing of specially crafted SPP files. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service condition by crashing the application.
