Summary

CVE-2024-23182 is a relative path traversal vulnerability found in a-blog cms versions prior to Ver.3.1.7, Ver.3.0.x series versions prior to Ver.3.0.29, Ver.2.11.x series versions prior to Ver.2.11.58, Ver.2.10.x series versions prior to Ver.2.10.50, and Ver.2.9.0 and earlier, affecting various products such as caXFJb, caXFJa, idsFOo, and uYAhRd among others.The vulnerability allows a remote authenticated attacker to delete arbitrary files on the server.The vulnerability has a base score of 8.1 (high severity) according to NIST's CVSS scoring system.The danger it poses to an organization includes potential loss of data integrity and availability on the affected server.To remediate this vulnerability, organizations should update their a-blog cms installations to the latest version available (Ver 3.1.x or later).
