Summary
CVE-2024-23054 is a remote code execution vulnerability affecting Plone Docker Official Image 5.2.13. The issue arises due to a non-existent package in the ++plone++static/components directory, which is listed in the software's npm configuration. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by tricking the affected system into installing a malicious package, resulting in the execution of arbitrary code. Users are advised to update their Plone Docker images to a secure version as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
