Summary

A critical vulnerability, CVE-2024-2272, has been discovered in the keerti1924 Online-Book-Store-Website 1.0. This vulnerability allows for SQL injection through the manipulation of the product_name argument in the /home.php file of the HTTP POST Request Handler component. The vulnerability can be exploited remotely, and it has been made public with a disclosure identifier of VDB-256042. Although the vendor was notified about this issue, they did not respond. Organizations using this software are at risk of unauthorized access to their database and potential data breaches.
