Summary
CVE-2024-22497 is a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting JFinalcms version 5.0.0. The flaw lies in the /admin/login password parameter. Malicious actors can exploit this weakness by crafting URLs laced with malicious scripts. Upon successful exploitation, attackers can inject and execute arbitrary code on targeted user's browsers. This poses a significant risk, as sensitive data can be stolen or unauthorized actions carried out.
