Summary
CVE-2024-21667 affects the Customer Management Framework, pimcore/customer-data-framework, in Pimcore. This vulnerability enables authenticated and unauthorized users to access GDPR data extraction features without proper permissions. Unauthorized users can access PII data from customers by querying the information returned through the `/admin/customermanagementframework/gdpr-data/search-data-objects` endpoint. Permissions are not enforced, allowing unauthorized access to this endpoint. Pimcore has released a patch for this vulnerability in version 4.0.6.
