Summary
CVE-2024-21526 is a Denial of Service (DoS) vulnerability affecting all versions of the package speaker. An attacker can trigger a process crash by providing unexpected input types to the channels property of the Speaker object, leading to an assert macro being reached. This issue can result in a denial of service condition for the affected system. Users are urged to update to the latest version of the package to mitigate this risk.
