Summary
CVE-2024-21460 is a newly identified information disclosure vulnerability. The issue arises when the Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) function wrongly merges the Integrated Memory Encryption Module (IMEM) and Secure Dynamic Random Access Memory (Secure DDR) sections into a single chunk in the virtual address space. As a result, an attacker may be able to determine the memory layout of the targeted system and potentially gain unauthorized access to sensitive information.
