Summary
CVE-2024-21108 is a newly identified vulnerability affecting Oracle VM VirtualBox, a component of Oracle Virtualization. This issue, which has a base score of 3.3 for confidentiality impacts, allows low-privileged attackers to gain unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle VM VirtualBox data. Affected versions are those prior to 7.0.16. Exploitation of this easily exploitable vulnerability occurs when an attacker logs onto the infrastructure where Oracle VM VirtualBox is executed.
