Summary

CVE-2024-2079 is a vulnerability found in the WPBakery Page Builder Addons by Livemesh plugin for WordPress. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 3.8.1. It is classified as a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability, resulting from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level and above permissions can exploit this vulnerability to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages, which will execute whenever a user accesses the injected page.
