Summary
CVE-2024-20333 is a vulnerability affecting the web-based management interface of Cisco Catalyst Center. This issue allows authenticated, remote attackers to alter specific data within the interface on susceptible devices. The vulnerability stems from insufficient authorization enforcement. An attacker can exploit this flaw by sending a specially crafted HTTP request to an affected device, potentially changing a field in the web-interface that they should not have the permission to modify.
