Summary

CVE-2024-20325 is a vulnerability in the Live Data server of Cisco Unified Intelligence Center, affecting the QtqyW2 product. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated, local attacker to read and modify data in a repository belonging to an internal service on the affected device. The vulnerability arises from insufficient access control implementations on cluster configuration CLI requests. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specific cluster configuration CLI request to directories on the device. Successful exploitation could enable the attacker to manipulate data handled by the internal service. The base severity of this vulnerability is rated as MEDIUM, with a base score of 5.1 according to CVSS:3.1 metrics.
